1.          Verb phrase adalah frase yang tersusun dari verba utama ditambah denganauxiliaries, adverbs, adverb phrases (or clauses), prepositional phrases, atauobject. Dalam kalimat, frase verba berfungsi sebagai predikat.

Contoh:  a. budi is playing football

                  b. messi had a fantastic goal for barcelona

                  c. he was smoking on the water

                  d. ahmad dhani is a musician

                  e. Alice felt more independent

2.  present tense adalah bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau kegiatan yang berlangsung/terjadi pada waktu sekarang dalam bentuk sederhana, kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang, kebiasaan sehari-hari, peristiwa atau perbuatan yang tidak ada kaitannya dengan waktu, dan untuk mengekspresikan kebenaran umum

                                Contoh:  My mother buys a meat in the market everyday

      Past tense adalah bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau kegiatan yang telah berlangsung/telah terjadi.

                                Contoh: I went to palembang yesterday

      Future tense adalah bentuk waktu yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau kegiatan yang belum berlangsung/belum terjadi

                                Contoh: I will go to Bali next holiday

Last holiday, I went to Bandung city with my friends, they are hilal, guse, hafiz, alim, amri, fajar, agung, andri, sule, and me. Bandung City for my friends is favorite place for holiday. Apart from location for holiday, in Bandung City also famous for shopping and many place for a delicious culinary.

I and my friends holiday in Bandung City for three days. During our holiday in Bandung City, we stayed with my cousin, at the Ciumbuleuit street in Bandung City. They were very nice to my friends, His name uncle Jajang, my uncle and her name aunt Evi, my aunt, also three children, Defani, Vidya, and Zalva. On the first day I and my friends went to culinary tour at Dago street. There were a lot of culinary. Ranging from Sunda culinary up to Europe culinary. All culinary very delicious.

On the second day, I and my friends went for shopping. Bandung City famous for shopping places. One of the famous for shopping places for shopping. I and my friends bought clothes. Such as shirts, pants, jackets, and some accessories.

In the afternoon we are go to dago atas to see a sunset. In the night we burned a fish for our dinner, and we eat at shack in front of rice field. Its very fantastic we are very nostalgic like countryside. After eat we back to my cousin's house for sleep.

On the last day, I and my friends went for a refreshing to Bandung zoo. At the Bandung zoo, there were many types of animals. From species of birds, including the Peacock can be seen at London zoo, other than that there were animals Bears, Dragons, Elephants, Tigers, Deer, Camels, Zebras, and Primates including Siamang.
